How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Since our items are made-to-order and not pre-produced, each piece is created after it has been purchased in our online shop. It may take up to 3 months to craft your order, after which it will be shipped to you.

What if I need my item sooner than 3 months?

If you need your item more urgently, please contact us at custom@autel.studio. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though a rush fee of 10% of the item's price may apply.

Can I place an order from a non-EU country?

Currently, we are unable to process orders from non-EU countries. However, we are actively working on expanding this option. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on future availability.

Can I customize my look?

If you would like your garment in a different fabric, color, or with specific design adjustments, please contact us at custom@autel.studio. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours to schedule an online appointment to discuss your preferences and available options. Please note that customizations may result in additional costs depending on complexity and material price differences.

How much does a made-to-measure order cost?

For made-to-measure orders, which include an online or in-studio appointment for measurements and fittings, we charge an additional 30% of the garment’s price.

Can I return my custom order?

Custom orders, including made-to-measure or otherwise personalized garments, cannot be returned. These items are crafted to your exact specifications and differ from standard products in our shop. Before purchasing a non-returnable item, we will clearly communicate the specific return policy via email to ensure you are fully informed.
