MADE TO MEASURE AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE, THAT ALL MADE TO MEASURE AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED. However, before you purchase a made to measure or customized item, we will particularly inform you about the return policy.

READY TO WEAR ITEMS

To request a return, contact us via shop@autel.studio within 14 days after receiving your order. Please state your Order number AND THE RETURN REASON. Once we have processed AND APPROVED your request, pLEASE send the item(s) back to:

The returned item must be: 

In original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged.

Complete with all accessories (e.g., belts, straps, laces, or logo pendants).

Accompanied by original tags, garment bags, and product packaging.

Packed securely in the original box or an equally sturdy box.

Not purchased on sale or during special promotions, as these items are not eligible for returns.

For EU customers:
Returns are organized and covered by the customer. AUTEL is not responsible for return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

For non-EU customers:
Please contact us at SHOP@AUTEL.STUDIO to receive a DHL return label and any required documentation. If you accept our international return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like a different style or size, please request a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Refunds
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping fee and any duties or taxes. If a DHL return label was provided for non-EU customers, the label fee will also be deducted from the refund.
