Since all our items are made-to-order, it may take up to three months for your garment and up to four weeks for your accessories to be shipped, unless otherwise arranged in advance. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for delivery. You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the status of your package.

Free shipping in Germany and the EU on orders above €300.

Please note that depending on your location and the specifics of your order, you may be required to pay local taxes and duties upon delivery. AUTEL cannot assume responsibility for these charges. Should you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be fully canceled. Any transportation and customs clearance costs incurred due to the cancellation will be deducted from your refund.
